ABOUT THE PROJECT

The primary object of Highway Operator Nord-West, LLC is the 7^th and 8^th sections of the high-speed M-11 «Moscow - St. Petersburg» highway (543-684 km of the highway) passing through the Leningrad and Novgorod regions and the federal city of St. Petersburg.
